Brianna Collo
President
Brianna is a dedicated and compassionate individual who wears many hats. As a married and devoted mother of three children, she has embraced the joys and challenges of parenthood. With an extensive background in the retail industry spanning over 20 years, gaining valuable experience and skills.
In 2022, Brianna made the courageous decision to become a stay-at-home mom, prioritizing her children's growth and nurturing their potential. Her strong belief in God's purpose has led her to dedicate her time and energy towards working closely with the development and future of today's youth.
Brianna's commitment to serving the community extends beyond her own family. She has actively collaborated and currently serves with various non-profit organizations and churches, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals and the needs of the Maui Community.
Additionally, she has extended her dedication to serving families affected by the 2023 August Maui Wildfires, by partnering with other organizations and nonprofits offering support and assistance during their time of need. Through her tireless efforts, she aims to create a bigger and brighter future for our youth, tomorrow’s leaders, and community as a whole.

Chantel Manalo
Vice President
Chantel is a mother of four wonderful children and a true islander, born and raised on the beautiful island of Maui. With deep family roots in the community, she is driven by her desire to make a positive impact and empower the next generation of keiki on the island.
Chantel has extensive experience in the retail industry. With over 25+ years of dedication and commitment, she has served as a manager at the Costco Maui location, where she has acquired a wealth of skills and knowledge that will add tremendous value to our organization ensuring that our nonprofit benefits from a well-rounded perspective.
When Chantel is not hard at work making a positive impact, she cherishes her time spent with her family and friends. She believes that building strong connections and fostering meaningful relationships are essential for a thriving community.
We are fortunate to have Chantel's expertise, compassion, and dedication on our board. Her commitment to the well-being and future of Maui's youth is unwavering. She understands the value of what it takes to foster the futures of children, teens, and young adults because like her own children she wants to see all youth have a brighter future!

April Kaneshiro
Treasurer
April is married to her loving husband Rad and mother of two. April has 25 years of experience as an Independent Insurance Agent, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. In addition to her successful career, she has also owned and operated several businesses over the past two decades, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.
Growing up on a family farm in Kahakuloa, she has deep roots and a rich history spanning over 150 years. This connection to her heritage instilled in her a strong sense of community and a passion for giving back. She is fueled by a genuine love for helping others and finds joy in lending a helping hand whenever she can.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys fishing, traveling, and cherishes quality time spent with her family. Her ultimate goal is to make a positive impact in her community by dedicating herself to serving others. With her experience, dedication, and genuine care for the well-being of others, she is an invaluable asset to our organization as our treasurer.

Leticia Quinsay
Secretary
Leticia is a dedicated homeschooling mom of three and happily married to her amazing husband. Born on the beautiful island of Oahu and raised on Maui, Leticia has a deep connection to the community she serves. Prior to starting her journey as a mother, Leticia gained valuable experience working in office administration and banking.
After the birth of her children, Leticia made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom, prioritizing her family's well-being. However, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she embraced the opportunity to homeschool her children, ensuring their education and growth during these challenging times.
With her passion for education and her commitment to the youth of Maui, Leticia is thrilled to serve as our Secretary. Her diverse background in administrative work and her dedication to her own children's education make her a valuable asset to our nonprofit board. Leticia looks forward to making a positive impact and contributing to the betterment of our community's youth.
